Returns and Refund Policy
Overview
Please note that our returns policy stipulates a 14-day timeframe for returns. Failure to initiate the return process within 14 days of delivery will result in the inability to provide a full refund or an exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please be advised that intimate or sanitary goods are not eligible for return. Additionally, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.
We kindly request that purchases not be returned to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where we can only grant partial refunds.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be sent an email to confirm its receipt. Subsequently, you will be informed about the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within a specific number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If a refund has not been received, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only facilitate replacements for items found to be defective or damaged. Should you require an exchange for an identical item, kindly notify us via email for authorization. Once confirmed, you may proceed to dispatch the item to the address provided by us.
If the item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Subsequently, upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be dispatched to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift during purchase, or if the gift provider arranged for the order to be shipped to themselves for later presentation to you, we will issue a refund to the gift provider, who will be informed of the return.
Shipping Returns
To initiate a product return, kindly dispatch the item to the designated physical address. Please note that you will bear the shipping expenses for the return, as shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the incurred return shipping charges will be subtracted from the refunded amount. The duration for the exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. For high-value items, we recommend utilizing a traceable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
